The Domain Name System (DNS) enables all online transactions. Every organization, large or small, that conducts business over the Internet uses the Domain Name System (DNS). While the bad guys leverage the DNS to commit crime, organizations, in turn, can leverage the DNS to go on the offensive by putting in place key DNS defensive measures to better protect their organization.
To assess the rate of adoption of key DNS defensive measures and emerging technologies, Farsight Security tested the primary domain of nearly 4000 global organizations, including leading corporations and higher education organizations with dot EDU domain names.
The names of the organizations and their corresponding results
have been anonymized for the report.
For the next 30 days, until April 6th, 2018, organizations can find
out if their company or higher ed institution was included in the
report and obtain the results. Enter your organization's primary
domain name in the field on the submission form. Farsight then will
contact you with the test results.
